While our services are not processed through insurance, many patients choose our practice because they value transparent pricing, convenient access to care, and a more individualized healthcare experience.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Telehealth sick visits are available for many common, non-emergency medical concerns. These appointments may be appropriate for cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, allergies, minor skin conditions, urinary symptoms, upper respiratory illnesses, medication concerns, and other acute healthcare needs.
If your symptoms require emergency evaluation or immediate medical attention, please call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department.

No. All appointment fees, consultation fees, and services are non-refundable.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient, refunds cannot be issued for completed appointments, missed appointments, canceled appointments, or consultation services. We encourage patients to review service information carefully and contact us with any questions prior to scheduling.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled, missed, or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect both our provider's time and the availability of appointments for other patients seeking care.

No. Worthy Wellness and Aesthetics does not prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, opioid pain medications, benzodiazepines, stimulant medications, or other controlled medications.
If your healthcare needs require controlled substance management, we encourage you to establish care with an appropriate specialist or provider who offers those services.
